After several years of grassroot community involvement, Charis Community Center was officially founded in 2020.
It began by identifying immediate community needs and providing solutions. From that effort, their food pantry was developed and people who had similar passions joined as volunteers.
Since its early beginnings until now, Charis has grown to be able to help service the community with medical assistance, personal needs projects, family intervention, counseling and referrals, employment training and career opportunities.
