At this time South Florida is under Hurricane Warning. We continue to pray and believe that God will protect us and the families in our city.

Is the ministry providing shelter?

  • – Although we would love to, we are not certified by FEMA as a storm shelter and therefore it is a risk to do so.

Is the ministry providing food or water?

  • – We are already coordinating these efforts with a couple of disaster relief organizations including the American Red Cross.
  • – After the storm we will asses the situation on the ground and based on the state of our facility we will communicate when the distribution of goods will take place.

At this time the important thing is to remain in a safe place and protect yourself and your family.

Hi King Jesus Family,

As of Monday, September 4th, 2017. The city of Miami came under hurricane alert. King Jesus Ministry is monitoring Hurricane Irma which is currently a category 5 over the Atlantic. As stated by the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA), Irma has the possibility to pass directly through our city. For this reason, our communication efforts via email, social media, and all possible channels will be focused towards keeping our members and community informed of valuable resources. We are working alongside the local authorities to ensure the safety of local residents and help them prepare for this hurricane.

As of today all church events are canceled from Thursday (September 7) – Saturday (September 9), due to Hurricane Irma, which includes:

  • – Youth service
  • – Family classes
  • – and any other church activities

As well as our offices will be closed.

However, in spite of these circumstances, we believe in the power of prayer and that God listens to the prayers of the just. And we have the testimony that God has the power to dissipate every storm. As the bible states:

And he arose, and rebuked the wind, and said unto the sea, Peace, be still. And the wind ceased, and there was a great calm. – Mark 4:39 (KJV)

Apostle Guillermo Maldonado and Prophet Ana Maldonado, have come together with the ministry to pray to God, and we are believing this Hurricane will dissipate and not cause any damage to our city.

We encourage you to unite with us in prayer for God’s protection. We are believing the hand of God will cover us and this storm will pass. Whatever you do, you must do it in peace. Because we trust God. We are under the blood of Jesus, so we have protection. Let’s stay in peace. God is going to give us His victory.

Please be attentive, to any new information regarding the church’s itinerary and relief efforts as it will be advised through email, our live blog post (here), and social media.

Though we remain full of the peace of the Lord we advise you to be wise and make the necessary preparations for the storm.
